### 4.1 Karate Training

Budo Academy offers Karate training courses. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines provided by our instructors. Budo Academy is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during training sessions.

### 4.2 Karate Equipment

Budo Academy sells Karate equipment. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that the colors, features, or sizes of products will be accurate.

### 4.3 Gradation and Belt Award

Budo Academy India reserves all the rights to withhold the Belt and Gradation of any student at any point of time if found indiscipline, not upto the mark of standard as laid down in Budo Academy India Code of Conduct. Giving of examination do not guarantee the award of Belt and Certificate.

## 5. Orders and Payments

### 5.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Budo Academy. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

### 5.2 Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be indicated on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

### 5.3 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Budo Academy is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

## 6. Returns and Refunds

### 6.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 2 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

### 6.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

However, "Fees" for training/ camp once paid are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budo Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, services, or products.

#### Introduction

At Budo Academy of Karate do in Eastern India, we strive to ensure that our students and customers are satisfied with our services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

#### Classes and Training Programs

- Cancellation by Student: If you cancel your enrollment in a class or training program, refunds will be issued as follows:

- Within 2 days of registration: No fees to be charged.

- After 2 days but before the first official class: No Monthly fees to be charged. Admission Fees is Mandatory to be paid.

- After the first class: No refund.

- Cancellation by Academy: If a class or training program is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

#### Karate Equipment

- Returns: Equipment can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in new and unused condition, with original packaging and receipt.

- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, used or damaged equipment, and items purchased on clearance are not eligible for refunds.
